新政府的內閣人事布局逐漸成型。總統當選人蔡英文辦公室今天宣布，將於下午2時30分於民進黨智庫召開人事公布記者會，預料將公布兩岸、外交、國防、總統府、國安會等重要人事名單；隨後，準行政院長林全也將接續於2時50分公布第3波內閣人事名單。

外傳，國防部長將由漢翔航空董事長馮世寬出任；新外交部長將由現任駐澳洲代表李大維出任；而外交部北美事務協調委員會主委張小月也傳出將接掌陸委會主委。再加上總統府秘書長一職可能將由前總統李登輝時代的總統府與國安會副秘書長林碧炤出任，以及國安會秘書長則由民進黨秘書長吳釗燮出任，蔡英文的國安團隊已成形。
